Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Data & Security Analyst to join our new shared capability center (HSCC) based in Hyderabad, integrating into our broader, Global Operating Model.
This role is pivotal in safeguarding sensitive HR data, driving actionable insights through advanced reporting, and ensuring compliance with data retention and archival policies. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across geographies, contributing to a secure and data-driven HR ecosystem.
This role will fit in as part of the Global People Technology delivery model, with the opportunity to work with different stakeholders based in different countries.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- 3+ years of experience in designing and maintaining custom Workday reports and dashboards, including understanding of complex calculated fields
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports for accuracy and performance
- Administer Workday security roles, domains, and business process policies
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align security configurations with evolving business needs
- Lead data purge and archival initiatives in accordance with legal and organizational standards
- Define and document data lifecycle strategies and retention schedules
- Conduct audits and investigations with a sharp analytical mindset
- Apply deep knowledge of HR systems, processes, and reporting environments to support business objectives
- Proactively identify and resolve issues across projects with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Security Administration, Data Purging, Data Migration, and Reporting—preferably within Workday or PeopleSoft
- Strong grasp of Workday’s data architecture, security frameworks, and business process configuration
- Proven track record of implementing scalable data purge and archiving strategies
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, strong organization skills, ability to multitask.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments.
