Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator (DBA) with strong expertise in SQL Server and Oracle to manage, optimize, and support mission-critical databases in a high-performance financial services environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring database integrity, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, monitor, and optimize SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patching.
• Ensure database security, availability, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues.
• Support data migration, integration, and backup strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in database administration using SQL Server and Oracle.
• Strong understanding of database architecture, performance tuning, and security best practices.
• Experience in financial services domain is advantage.
