Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our team and take end-to-end ownership of features on our high-performance IoT platform. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust backend APIs and intuitive frontend applications. The ideal candidate is a product-minded engineer who thrives on building seamless, high-quality user experiences backed by scalable and reliable backend services. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services for our IoT platform using NodeJS.
• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance user applications for web, mobile (Cordova), and desktop (Electron) using the React ecosystem.
• Develop and optimize high-performance APIs to handle large data volumes & a growing user base.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and excellent Core Web Vitals, e.g., below 3 sec. Page Load time etc.
• Own the entire feature lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to testing, deployment, and operational health.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with a high test coverage to ensure long-term reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the backend system. Take responsibility for the performance and uptime of the microservices you build, collaborating with the DevOps team to meet platform-wide SLAs.
• Manage basic DevOps tasks such as CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes cluster management, and application deployment processes.
• Work with product managers and designers to understand user needs and provide technical insights.
• Apply logical problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
  
  

Qualifications

• B.Tech. degree or higher educational qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in a Full Stack or Backend engineering role with significant frontend experience in a production environment.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and the Node.js ecosystem for backend development.
• Strong understanding of modern React development principles and best practices.
• Proven experience building and maintaining high-performance production-grade APIs.
• Hands-on experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, ClickHouse).
• Strong understanding of Microservice architecture concepts & hands-on experience implementing it in production systems.
• Familiarity with basic DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent coding, debugging and logical problem-solving skills.
• Passion for technology and building innovative solutions.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of use cases & experience with Apache Kafka & Redis is a plus.
• Experience developing Applications, APIs & services, with a deeper understanding of the Quality Controls.
• Knowledge of IoT data and related technologies.
• Experience with Kubernetes Cluster setup & management is a plus.
