Deal Pipeline & CRM Data Analyst (DealCloud / Intapp)

Overview

Pipeline Management: Support deal teams and COOs with maintaining a clean deal pipelines Work with COOs and deal team members to: Create deals in DealCloud Work with COOs for outreach to deal team members for updates to existing deals Manage appropriate tags and datapoints to ensure deal data flows into relevant pipelines Perform peripheral functions where required (NDA, BV submissions, etc.) Periodically review deals based to clean up stale deals. Outreach to relevant deal team members for current deal status Monitor NDA submissions and inbox, such that Execution dates can be tagged Entity Management: Support wider business and tech team in the alignment of entities to appropriate data sources (data cortex) or otherwise Support in the deduplication of entities and enhancement of metadata Cleanse contact names, titles and ensure linkage to Intapp data where possible Rel Intel: Cancelled meeting cleanup Restricted keywords cleanup Work with deal teams / business users in the tagging of interaction / email data points (including notes)
