About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Pune, India. This hybrid role is ideal for individuals with 5 to 9 years of experience in SQL, ETL, and data analysis, particularly within the telecom domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large datasets, optimising data flows, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data quality and performance.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain end-to-end data flows.
• Interpret complex datasets using advanced SQL techniques.
• Optimise data preparation and performance in collaboration with technical teams.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and drive system simplification.
• Resolve issues in partnership with service owners, technical support, and IT operations.
• Design and implement changes to existing data flow components.
• Ensure consistency and quality of business-critical data processes.
  
  

Communicate effectively with business teams to share insights and ideas

Who you are

• Proficient in SQL with advanced data analysis capabilities.
• Experienced in ETL processes and large-scale data manipulation.
• Skilled in Python, SharePoint, AWS, and telecom (Fixed Network domain) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
