Core Competencies, Knowledge, And Experience:

Primary Skills: CSS HTML, Confluence/Jira Data Centre & Cloud, Groovy scripts, Jira Admin.

Preferred Skills: JAVA-script / JAVA, Jenkins, git, UNIX/Linux, Development plugins such as Script runner, JSU. Experience with Agile hive and Aura plugin knowledge is a plus.

Experience: 5 to 9 years’

Core Competencies, Knowledge, And Experience:

• 4+ years of experience with JIRA and Confluence administration.
• Strong understanding of JIRA and Confluence project creations, workflows, schemas, configurations, user management and Scrum & Kanban board knowledge, space creation & configurations
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence plugins and integrations.
• Hands on experience on Jira Workflow custom development.
• Development plugins such as Scriptrunner, JSU and Automation for JIRA etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Agilehive and Aura plugin knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Role Purpose:

• Documentation and processes are essential for large enterprises with multiple departments.
• This role focuses on developing and maintaining the central BI Portal in collaboration with D&A and IT teams.
• The BI Portal uses a Semantic solution with Atlassian Confluence and Jira.
• Responsible for ensuring uninterrupted operation of the D&A Portal and JIRA.
• Manage tool life cycles, updates, and compliance.
• Support service desk requests for access and user issues.
• Configure new JIRA projects and manage roles and access.
• Configure new Confluence spaces and manage roles and access.
• Supporting with Migration (Confluence/Jira)
• Analysis and bug-fixing
  
  

Good Experiences In:

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• Experience in java-script and java
• Good knowledge of Unix server architecture
• Telecommunication experience.
  
  

Experience:

• Supporting business users in system handling and optimizing
• Working on customization and development of BI Portal (both Confluence-based and JIRA parts).
• Coordination of update rollouts and updates testing.
• Resolution of technical issues.
• Implementation of new XML-based templates.
• Cooperation with server maintenance team.
