Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Root case analysis including running deep dive into tools described above- abstraction and adapting successful solutions to new and matchable issues
• flexible thinking, means applying general advices/descriptions to specific cases
• differentiation of e.g. important and urgent, means prioritizing the right way
• Broken jobs handling
• Error handling
• Error log maintenance
• Stakeholder management
• On Call support
• Weekend On Call Support
