What You'll Do

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and automating our software development and deployment processes. Your responsibilities will include :

• Understanding project requirements and OKRs.
• Specifying, managing, automating, and monitoring our software build environment standards and processes.
• Architecting, designing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensuring the security of our customers' highly sensitive data.
• Building automation for common operational tasks, such as provisioning servers, networks, and storage.
• Instrumenting applications to establish performance baselines and facilitate rapid diagnostics and resolution of system issues.
• Automating provisioning and integration tasks to streamline new code deployment.
• Operating effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, collaborative, and iterative programming environment.
  
  

Who You Need To Be

We are looking for a proactive and skilled DevOps Engineer with a passion for automation and a strong understanding of cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should possess :

• 5 to 7 years of work experience in a DevOps role.
• In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with the AWS Cloud Platform.
• A strong drive for continuous improvement and experience in building CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with web application infrastructure technologies, including Linux (RHEL, CentOS), MySQL, Apache, Nginx, Kafka, and Redis.
• Working experience with Jenkins pipelines and Groovy scripting.
• Proficiency with GitLab or GitHub.
• Experience with one or more of the following databases : PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, RDS.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, Ansible, and Chef.
• Ability to maintain and establish high standards of code quality and testing rigor through best practices and frequent knowledge transfer.
• Good knowledge of Linux system installation and administration.
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Shell, Ruby, and Python.
• A passion for automation.
• Comfort with collaboration, open communication, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems analytically, and maintain a decisive, fast-moving, and positive attitude.
