DevOps Engineer (1-3 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to help design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support our development teams. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with AWS, Terraform, Docker, Jenkins, and CI/CD tools and must have experience integrating security practices like SIEM. Experience with Kubernetes is highly desirable.

Typical work week look like:-

• Architect and automate cloud infrastructure (mainly AWS) using Terraform and other tools.
• Build, monitor, and improve CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Containerize applications using Docker and (ideally) deploy/manage them on Kubernetes (EKS or otherwise).
• Work on system observability—logs, metrics, alerts—with security in mind (SIEM integration is a plus).
• Go deep: Optimize performance, debug broken deployments, and build tools that help devs move faster and safer.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to support microservices, APIs, and scaling challenges.

Our ideal candidate should have:-

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or SRE role.
• Solid experience with AWS—you’ve actually used the services, not just read the docs.
• Experience writing and managing Terraform configurations.
• Experience building CI/CD workflows (Jenkins is ideal, but other tools are fine).
• Strong Docker knowledge—image optimization, multi-stage builds, etc.
• Passion for systems, networking, monitoring, and doing things the "infra-as-code" way.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional (required).

Bonus Points (Good to Have):

• Hands-on Kubernetes experience, even if it’s just with personal projects or homelab setups.
• Exposure to observability stacks like ELK, Prometheus/Grafana, or SIEM tools like Splunk/Wazuh.
• Scripting chops in Bash, Python, or Go.
• Obsessive attention to detail, curiosity, and love for tearing things apart to see how they work.
