DevOps Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between development and operations, enabling the continuous delivery of high-quality software. You will be responsible for building and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software builds, testing, and deployment processes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and ensure smooth deployments.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions to provide visibility into system health and performance.
• Ensure the security of our systems and applications by implementing security best practices and automating security checks.
• Drive a culture of DevOps best practices, including automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Puppet, Chef).
• Knowledge of networking and security best practices.
• Experience with database administration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,501.64 - ₹697,791.57 per year
