What’s the role all about?
We are seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to join a growing information security team responsible for securing
next-generation, cloud-native financial technology systems, used by some of the largest mortgage lenders and
loan servicers in the United States. The DevOps Engineer will be a hands-on, tactical role that will build/automate
cloud-native applications through Infrastructure as Code, build automation for cloud-based security controls, and
execute the “secure by design” vision across the GCP and Azure environments. This role will have abundant
opportunities to challenge the “status-quo” and work with cutting-edge security, CICD, DevOps technologies,
tools, and platforms.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
 Design, deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure/GCP, leveraging best practices & cost optimization
techniques.
 Lead the implementation of CICD pipelines for automating the build, test and deployment processes.
 Architect & maintain highly scalable and fault-tolerant Kubernetes cluster for containerized applications.
 Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system health and performance.
 Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
 Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and
innovation.
What do we look for in you?
 Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or related field.
 8+ Years of experience in DevOps/System administration roles with at least 3 years in senior or
leadership roles.
 Strong proficiency in Azure/GCP services, including compute, networking, storage and identity
management.
 Expertise in containerization technologies, particularly K8’s, Docker & Helm.
 Strong hands-on experience with IAAS code such as Ansible, Terraform.
 Solid experience of CICD concepts and experience with tools like GitHub, Jenkins etc.,
 Proficient in scripting and automation using languages like Python, Bash or Powershell.
 Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or Azure Monitor.
 Excellent Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems.
 Strong communication & collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional
teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
 Certification in Azure or GCP.
 Contribution to Open-Source Projects or active participation in tech communities.
 Familiarity with Microservice architecture.
 Knowledge of serverless computing technologies.
