DevOps Engineer

Job Seniority: Experienced (2-4 years)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure for scalability and reliability.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Ensure security best practices are followed in all aspects of the development and deployment process.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises servers.
• Develop and maintain scripts for automation of routine tasks.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
  
  

Technical Skills: Mandatory

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer role.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

Good To Have:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet).
• Certification in cloud platforms (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
