Job Overview

As a DevOps Engineer at Ignosis, you'll lead the development of robust infrastructure solutions, ensuring seamless integration and deployment. With your advanced expertise, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating our products and driving success in the dynamic landscape of technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify performance improvements in areas like responsiveness, availability, and scale.
• Manage, evolve and build CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain, support, and build out infrastructure and services currently operating on AWS, GCP and other providers.
  
  

Creatively solve technical issues. You do not need to know everything, but you need to know how to find the solution.

Deliver solutions in a complex environment including fixed wireline networking and wireless with distributed systems and applications.

• Have experience around 3 tier bare metal deployment and strong Linux experience.
• Assist in building world-class, multi-cloud capable, state-of-the-art products by :
• Automating build processes.
• Helping identify code promotion qualities.
• Building highly resilient cloud eco-systems capable of high availability and scale.
• Deploying to public cloud providers like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Developing and maintaining applications that use Docker containers, or as full VMs with base images.
• Implementing and maintaining information security best practices and measures to protect the infrastructure and data.
  
  

Qualifications:-

• Experience with public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP). GCP is preferred.
• 2+ years of production experience working as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, or in a related role.
• Experience working with or building CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong Linux experience.
• Experience with infrastructure provisioning or configuration management tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, Ansible.
• Experience reading scripts in Bash, Shell, Python, Go, or similar languages.
• Experience with containerization using Docker.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or equivalent.
• Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with information security principles and best practices, including securing cloud environments, implementing access controls, encryption, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Familiarity with security tools and practices, such as vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and incident response.
• Experience in designing and implementing security measures for infrastructure, applications, and data.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to data security and privacy.
