Airlearn is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and system reliability. The role involves designing scalable AWS infrastructure, streamlining deployments with CI/CD, managing containerized workloads, and enabling observability across systems. • Design, implement, and manage AWS services (VPC, RDS, EC2, Elasticache, Route53, CloudWatch, CloudFront, Redshift, OpenSearch, ELK, et

c.).• Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, Pulumi, Packer, Ansible, and H

elm.• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools to streamline application deliv

ery.• Deploy, monitor, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes/

EKS.• Implement and manage observability solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, New Relic, and Open Teleme

try.• Develop scripts and tools in Python, Go, Bash (or similar) to improve efficiency and reliabil

ity.• Configure, optimize, and maintain middleware technologies like Redis, Kafka, and

ELK.• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues across distributed environments, ensuring high availability and scalabil

ity.• Partner with developers, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of applicati

ons.
Required Skills & Qualifica

tions
• Strong background in Linux/Unix administration and system troublesho

oting.• Proven hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (networking, storage, com

pute).• Expertise with IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, Helm, Pa

cker).• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes

/EKS).• Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Go, Bash, Rust (or sim

ilar).• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equiva

lent).• In-depth knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, New Relic, Open Telem

etry).• Familiarity with middleware and streaming platforms (Redis, Kafka,

ELK).• 2–4 years of professional experience in DevOps, Systems Administration, or Software Development in distributed or large-scale environ

ments.
