Overview

DevOps Lead Engineer

We are seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and

revolutionize the way we build and deploy software for the telecom industry.

You will leverage your expertise in Kubernetes/OCP, CI/CD, Hadoop, and open-source

tools to streamline our development process, ensure reliable deployments, and

navigate the unique challenges of the telecom landscape.

Budget : 18-24 LPA

Location : Pune

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines with seamless integration

with Kubernetes deployments

• Orchestrate and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes, optimizing

performance and scalability for telecom workloads

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Infrastructure as

Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to define and implement

best practices for CI/CD, containerization, and telecom-specific deployments

• Utilize your Hadoop knowledge to support big data processing and analytics needs

relevant to the telecom domain (e.g., network traffic analysis, customer behavior)

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the CI/CD pipeline, Kubernetes clusters,

and production environment

• Champion the adoption and integration of open-source tools within the DevOps

ecosystem, particularly those relevant to telecom technologies

• Stay up-to-date on the latest DevOps trends and technologies specific to the

telecom industry, constantly innovating and optimizing our processes

• Contribute to open-source communities and projects focused on telecom

technologies (a plus)

Qualifications:-

• 7+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or related role
• Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines with Kubernetes

integration

• In-depth understanding of containerization technologies, particularly Kubernetes
• Strong grasp of CI/CD principles and methodologies
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Solid knowledge of Linux operating systems and scripting languages (Bash,

Python, etc.)

• Experience working with a distributed file system like HDFS
• Familiarity with Hadoop ecosystem tools (YARN, MapReduce, etc.) (a plus)
• Working knowledge of telecom technologies, protocols, and infrastructure (a plus)
• Experience contributing to open-source projects, particularly those relevant to

telecom (a plus)
