DevOps Engineer

Ciklum is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:

As a DevOps Engineer on the Full Stack team, you will drive the architecture of client's human-agent collaboration platform. You'll define how humans interact with agentic AI in high-stakes financial workflows designing the patterns for review, intervention, and oversight that make AI safe for enterprise deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement schema-driven UI systems that render dynamically based on task context
• Build "Editable Reasoning" interfaces where humans can inspect and override agent logic
• Implement streaming UI patterns that display agent "thinking" in real-time without flicker or lag
• Develop interrupt-and-resume backend patterns that pause agents, capture context, and ingest human feedback
• Create state visualization for durable workflows showing Suspended, Active, and Completed states
• Build bulk action interfaces with audit integrity (state snapshots at decision points)
• Implement context handoff logic between agents and humans
• Design component registries that map schema types to UI widgets without hardcoding
• Own features end-to-end from API design through frontend implementation
• Drive AI-native development practices for rapid UI iteration

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience building production web applications
• Expert AI-native development capability (mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture
• Solid backend skills in Go or Python
• Deep expertise in 2-3 of the following:
• Schema-driven or configuration-driven UI systems
• Real-time and streaming interfaces
• Complex workflow visualization
• State management for multi-step processes
• Human-in-the-loop interaction patterns
• Integration with workflow orchestration engines
• Experience building data-intensive enterprise applications
• Strong product intuition and attention to UX detail
