We are looking for a proactive and ownership-driven DevOps Engineer who can work closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to build reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure across all our products.

Role Overview

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, automating, deploying, monitoring, and optimizing cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD systems for our AI platforms.

You should be someone who:

• Takes ownership of systems and infrastructure
• Proactively identifies bottlenecks and improvements
• Understands product responsibility beyond deployments
• Can work independently in a fast-moving startup environment
• Collaborates closely with developers, ML engineers, and leadership
• Is comfortable handling production systems and scaling challenges

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS) and containerized workloads
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD and GitHub Actions
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform
• Manage Docker-based application deployments and container orchestration
• Configure monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability systems
• Implement infrastructure security best practices and access controls
• Optimize deployment workflows, system reliability, and uptime
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams for model deployment and inference infrastructure
• Manage AWS services including Lambda, ECR, EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, CloudWatch, etc.
• Participate in incident management, debugging, and root-cause analysis
• Improve infrastructure scalability, performance, and cost optimization
• Contribute to architecture discussions and infrastructure strategy

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure experience
• Experience working in startups or fast-paced engineering teams
• Experience deploying production applications on AWS
• Experience managing Kubernetes workloads in production
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure is a strong plus
