We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer / Lead who can architect, automate, secure,
and operate scalable cloud infrastructure with strong ownership and compliance awareness.

Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure & Architecture
● Design and manage production-grade AWS infrastructure including VPCs, IAM,
networking, KMS, and multi-account architectures.
● Build and support Azure environments for clients with Azure-specific compliance or
operational requirements.
● Architect secure, scalable, and reusable infrastructure patterns across client
environments.
● Ensure strong isolation between client environments through networking, access
control, and infrastructure boundaries.
Infrastructure as Code
● Build and maintain Terraform modules and reusable infrastructure templates.
● Implement state isolation strategies for multi-client environments.
● Drive infrastructure standardization and drift detection practices.
● Continuously improve platform reliability through reusable, opinionated patterns.
Security & Compliance
● Implement and maintain infrastructure aligned with HIPAA, SOC 2, and security best
practices.
● Translate compliance findings (e.g., Vanta findings) into actionable infrastructure
changes.
● Design secure database isolation, encryption strategies, secrets management, and KMS
key hierarchies.
● Ensure environments remain audit-ready with appropriate controls and evidence
collection practices.
Observability & Reliability
● Own observability design including metrics, logging, tracing, alerting, and runbooks.
● Build reliable monitoring and incident response processes across environments.
● Lead incidents from detection to recovery and postmortem documentation.
● Continuously improve operational readiness and system resilience.
Platform & Systems Thinking
● Build scalable platform foundations that can be reused across multiple clients.
● Minimize one-off solutions by converting learnings into reusable templates and
automation.
● Drive operational efficiency through automation and standardization.

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
● Strong hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and services.
● Good working knowledge of Azure cloud architecture and operations.
● Expertise in Terraform, infrastructure automation, and reusable module design.
● Strong understanding of networking, IAM, VPC architecture, encryption, and secrets
management.
● Experience with observability tooling, incident management, and production operations.
● Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and SOC 2.
● Experience working in production environments with high ownership and reliability
expectations.

Nice to Have
● Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or container orchestration platforms.
● Experience with CI/CD systems and GitOps workflows.
● Familiarity with Vanta or similar compliance automation platforms.
● Exposure to regulated industry environments such as Healthcare or FinTech.
