About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines while ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance using monitoring and logging tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline software delivery processes.
• Ensure system availability, scalability, security, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement security best practices, access controls, and compliance standards.
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong experience with:
• Linux Administration
• AWS/Azure/GCP (preferably AWS)
• Docker and Kubernetes
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
• Version Control Systems (Git)
• Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch)
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Shell scripting.
• Understanding of networking concepts, DNS, load balancing, and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in microservices architecture.
• Exposure to security and compliance frameworks.
• Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Solutions Architect, or Kubernetes certifications.
• Experience with database administration and performance tuning.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
