Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated DevOps Engineer with strong cloud infrastructure and backend expertise who enjoys working directly with enterprise customers.
This is a customer-facing engineering role where you’ll be responsible for deploying, managing, and optimizing customer environments while ensuring our platform remains highly available, secure, and scalable.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Enterprise Clients to deliver seamless deployments and resolve technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Success & Technical Delivery
- Act as the primary technical point of contact during customer onboarding and deployment.
- Work closely with enterprise customers to understand infrastructure requirements and deployment needs.
- Assist customers with cloud deployments, integrations, and production rollouts.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely technical resolutions.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and improve platform reliability.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and deployment planning sessions.
Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable software delivery.
- Manage and optimize cloud resources including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Secret Manager, and related GCP services.
- Provision and manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads.
- Monitor infrastructure health, availability, and performance to maintain high system reliability.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code and automate deployment workflows.
- Configure monitoring, logging, alerting, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Implement cloud security best practices and identity management.
GPU Infrastructure
- Deploy and manage NVIDIA GPU-enabled workloads on Google Cloud Platform.
- Configure GPU instances for AI inference and large-scale rendering workloads.
- Monitor GPU utilization, optimize performance, and manage cost efficiency.
- Work with engineering teams to optimize infrastructure for AI and Computer Vision pipelines.

Requirements
Experience
- 4–6 years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in production environments.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers or customer-facing technical roles.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services including:
- Compute Engine
- Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
- Cloud Storage
- Cloud SQL
- Cloud Run
- Pub/Sub
- IAM
- Secret Manager
- VPC Networking
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Experience managing NVIDIA GPUs on Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of Linux systems administration.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other modern databases.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform is a plus.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, DNS, SSL, load balancing, and cloud security best practices.
