Job Description

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and drive our DevOps transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DevOps principles,tools, and technologies and a proven track record of automating and streamlining software development and deployment processes.

• Collaborate with engineering, development, and operations teams to establish and implement DevOps workflows and best practices
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery tools
• Implement and manage automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using tools like Terraform and Kubernetes
• Monitor and analyze application performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive optimization initiatives
• Establish and enforce security standards and guidelines across the organization
• Establish and enforce code-quality standards and guidelines across the organization
• Document and share DevOps knowledge and best practices with the team and wider organization
• Stay abreast of emerging DevOps trends and technologies and explore their potential applications
• Participate in planning and executing disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Ensuring production stability using various best practices so that issues are detected early
  
  

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Proven expertise in CI/CD tools (Drone, ArgoCD, etc.)
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker)
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with security and compliance best practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with DevOps advancements
