Devops Lead with GCP Cloud Engineer

Requirements

“8–10 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Azure/AWS/GCP cloud services- Knowledge of GCP Must

CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab)

Terraform or other IaC tools

Docker, Kubernetes, Helm

Solid experience with cloud networking, security, logging, monitoring, and scaling.

Understanding of HIPAA, PHI/PII data protection, and compliance-driven DevOps practices.

Exposure to FHIR servers, HL7 interfaces, or healthcare interoperability systems.

Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python, YAML).

Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Nice to have

Experience with service mesh (Istio/Linkerd).

Working knowledge of event-driven systems (Kafka, Event Hub, Service Bus).

Exposure to GPU workloads or AI/ML infrastructure automation.

Experience In Healthcare Or Other Regulated Industries.”

Job responsibilities

“1. CI/CD Pipeline Development & Automation

Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.

Automate build, test, security scans, and deployment workflows.

Implement versioning, tagging, release management, and quality gates.

• Cloud Infrastructure Management
  
  
  

Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure/AWS/GCP.

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or CloudFormation.

Manage networking, firewalls, load balancers, identity & access, and cloud resource policies.

• Containerization & Orchestration
  
  
  

Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters (AKS/EKS/GKE).

Handle ingress controllers, service mesh configurations, autoscaling, and rolling deployments.

Implement container image scanning, registry management, and runtime security.

• FHIR Compliance & Healthcare Data Security
  
  
  

Ensure CI/CD and cloud environments adhere to FHIR API compliance requirements.

Implement secure patterns for:

FHIR API gateways & proxies

Resource auditing, versioning, and traceability

PHI/PII encryption at rest and in transit

Support DevOps requirements for systems handling FHIR, HL7v2, and X12 data integrations.

Maintain audit logs, access controls, backup policies, and data governance workflows.

Integrate DevSecOps tooling: SAST, SCA, DAST, secrets scanning, IaC security checks.

Implement zero-trust principles, RBAC, MFA, and encryption standards.

Work with security teams to ensure HIPAA-aligned deployment processes.

• Monitoring, Logging & Incident Management
  
  
  

Implement observability using ELK/EFK, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, New Relic, or similar tools.

Monitor system health, automate alerts, and configure dashboards for reliability.

Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and system hardening.

Work closely with engineering, QA, architecture, and AI teams.

Support development teams by providing stable, scalable dev/test environments.

Document DevOps processes, tools, and platform practices.”
