Job Overview

We are looking for a DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support cloud-based digital platforms with a strong focus on performance, availability, reliability, and automation. The role requires hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and incident management.

Key Responsibilities - SRE

• Monitor health, performance, and availability of Azure-based applications (including ADF pipelines)
• Proactively identify and resolve network and server performance issues
• Handle incident detection, response, troubleshooting, and documentation
• Analyze trends and metrics for system optimization
• Perform Azure cost optimization and regular cost reviews
• Maintain infrastructure and operational documentation
• Collaborate with network, system, and security teams
• Participate in 24/7 monitoring and support rotations
• Ensure compliance with security and industry standards

Key Responsibilities - DevOps

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
• Automate deployment and release processes
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures and deployment issues
• Improve build and release efficiency, quality, and security
• Maintain DevOps-related documentation
• Stay updated with DevOps best practices and tools
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions on DevOps/SRE topics

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Strong experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, ADF, APIM, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics)
• Knowledge of microservices, containers, and serverless architectures
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP)
• Experience with Terraform and/or ARM templates
• Strong understanding of CI/CD best practices
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure certifications (Administrator / DevOps Engineer)
• Terraform certification
• ITIL knowledge
• Strong DevOps/SRE background
