Your Role And Responsibilities

As a DevOps Engineer on the Developer Platform team, you will build and enhance services and features that elevate the developer experience, productivity, and satisfaction across the CIO organization. You’ll be part of a team that prioritizes automation, scalability, and elegant tooling to support efficient software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable DevOps tooling and infrastructure
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and streamline software delivery workflows
• Implement and manage container-based deployments
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams to improve release velocity and quality
  
  

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in software development or automation
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Travis CI, and Git
• Hands-on with containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
• Proficient in scripting languages: Python and/or Shell scripting
• Solid grasp of Linux administration, especially Debian and RHEL-based systems
• Practical experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Exposure to distributed application architectures and highly scalable platforms
• Familiarity with quality assurance practices, including test automation and pipeline optimization
• Experience in monitoring, logging, and observability tools is a plus
• Enthusiasm for improving developer tooling and internal platforms
