Skills Required Technical Skills
- 10 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Architecture, or similar technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience with AWS services, particularly AWS EKS, in a production environment.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Harness.
- Adept in provisioning resources on AWS using Terraform or Cloud Formation.
- Strong proficiency with monitoring solutions such as Data dog and AWS Cloud Watch.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex technical concepts.
- DevOps Technical Skills must be hands on.
- Ability to lead a team must be already leading a team, assigning work, guiding team members.
- Ability to handle unplanned situations and resource unavailability.
- Ability to define strategy, roadmap for DevOps.
- Must be updated with tools and technologies used in the industry.
- Should have the ability to compare tools and take decisions based on a given situation.

Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership:
- Lead a team of DevOps engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Drive the technical vision for cloud infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive cloud architecture on AWS, focusing on best practices for security, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Oversee the configuration and management.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Harness and other relevant tools to streamline and automate deployment processes.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of deployment pipelines and production environments.
- Implement and manage monitoring solutions using Data dog and AWS Cloud Watch to maintain system health and performance.
- Lead incident response efforts, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime for critical systems.
- Conduct regular performance tuning, capacity planning, and optimization of infrastructure resources.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks and issues in the cloud architecture.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices, implementing security measures across all cloud environments.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments, applying remediation strategies as needed.
