Summary Of Essential Job Functions

• Collaborating with Digital Media Data Delivery, IQVIA Product, Applied AI Science and Data Science teams
• Maintain and proactively update project tracking tools
• Execute the consumer modeled audience build process from start to finish, following established workflows and checkpoints
• Use product tools to generate audience builds, manage file transfers, update documentation, and maintain project trackers daily
• Prioritize multiple builds and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform rigorous quality checks and implement quality assurance measures throughout the audience build process.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Demonstrate excellent quantitative and analytical abilities to support data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrates the ability to rapidly acquire new skills and knowledge, proactively identifying and resolving challenges with effective problem-solving strategies
• Assist in maintaining and updating internal operations documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Exhibit strong adaptability and independent learning ability while managing multiple priorities with accuracy - responding efficiently to urgent requests, applying critical thinking to ad-hoc needs, working with new tools and platforms, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail to support consistent project delivery.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of relevant experience; pharmaceutical or healthcare background strongly preferred

• Exceptionally organized, with extreme attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to learn quickly and solve problems effectively
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  
  

• General knowledge of digital advertising is helpful, but not required
• Experience with Health Information Management or other healthcare billing/coding (e.g. ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS and NDC coding structures)
• Familiarity with healthcare/pharma terminology
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research capabilities
