We're looking for a creative and tech-savvy individual to join our team and support both our digital media efforts and basic IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Marketing Tasks

• Create branding and advertising reports in excel; collect and organize performance data.
• Must be able to design engaging images, reels, and short videos for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)
• Ability to color-grade video content using Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar tools) - will require sample at interview.
• Familiar with tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Slides for visual presentations and brand materials
• Schedule and send marketing messages via WhatsApp campaigns

Technical Support Tasks

• Troubleshoot basic computer, laptop, and network issues
• Manage data backups and ensure file security
• Provide support for in-office tech needs such as network
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, etc.)
• Familiarity with Canva and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
• Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing tools or bulk messaging
• Basic understanding of IT troubleshooting (hardware, network, backups)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in English and ability to send out emails to clients

Preferred skills

• Experience working with travel or lifestyle brands
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or social media analytics
• Basic understanding of branding principles

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
