This role is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making for the market through advanced sales analytics, market intelligence, and support product management. The position acts as a bridge between Sales, Product Management, and Finance to ensure regional strategies are backed by accurate performance data and competitive insights.

Sales Performance & Market Insights
- Prepare comprehensive monthly overviews of sales results by region, employee, and segment for the European market.
- Generate detailed reports comparing performance vs. budget, forecasts, and previous years.
- Conduct in-depth research on the European tire market, competitors, and industry developments.
- Develop and maintain competition dashboards (country/region/customer/platform level).
- Collect, analyse and present competition data of our existing and new potential customers Ensure execution of pricing approved in NPR at the market level and track product-level performance vs. pricing strategy.
- Implement and update new offers (product launches) in the database while monitoring competition products.
- Carry out commercial operations (price comparisons, product sales, product mix).
- Consolidate regional customer audits for OEMs and key distributors to support Product Management.
- Provide all necessary information to improve the information required by Product Management team for strategy building or New Product launch
- Follow Product Management team planning to launch Product and manage its implementation
- Prepare compelling presentations for management meetings:
- Monthly vertical meetings, Quarterly Executive Committee, Annual Sales Meetings.
- Product Management team presentations to stakeholders.
- Customer meetings as required.
- Share both quantitative and qualitative results with key stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of sales, market, and product data.
- Deploy and manage market intelligence and competition tracking databases.
- Coordinate and combine data from multiple sources to create valuable summaries enhancing business decisions.
- Provide agile support for day-to-day sales data requests.
- Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Finance, SCM, Marketing, Pricing Coordination, Quality, and Plants to gather insights.
- Ensure alignment of all budget files during annual budgeting with Europe core team.

- Accurate and timely sales analysis, reports, and insights to support European sales decision-making and forecasting.

- Manage the implementation of the defined pricing in the New Product Development, basis sales /revenue reports

- Comprehensive analysis of monthly business vs. budget (segment/mix/price/revenue/profit).
- High-quality management presentations supporting strategic decisions.
- Enhanced professionalism in stakeholder communications through consistent data-driven insights.
