- Full Stack with Any web technology (Java, Dot net) and hands-on experience in React js
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong Healthcare Domain project knowledge
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients. , need to lead full stack developers team
- Enterprise-level project handling experience
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- 5 years development experience + 2 years team lead experience
