We are currently seeking a ECM Implementation Manager cum Scrum Master to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Role: ECM Implementation Manager cum Scrum Master

Technical Domain

• Must Have: ECM, Document Management System, Microservices, Java

Skills:

• Must Have:
• Should be able to manage releases through Remedy
• Should be able to liase with other teams and coordinate deployments
• Should be able to respond and manage production incidents.
• Should be comfortable working with Java Microservices team
• Enforce and promote SCRUM disciplines
• Ensures team is delivering / aligned on project vision and goals
• Promotes healthy team environment and removes impediments
• Must organize and run daily stand ups
• Must keep the IT team focused on sprint plan and support regular reviews
• Responsible for ensuring stakeholders are up to speed on IT team progress
• Manage Agile ceremonies
• Implementation manager
• Manage project timelines
• Control and manage scope
• Facilitate effort estimation
• Develop and manage implementation plan
• Nice to have:
• Is hands on and able to review code and troubleshoot issues.

• Has to be proactive and manage independently with minimal direction.
