General Information

• In a Embedded application Software engineer position he/she will be part of ECU development for EMS and BMS
  
  

Your Key Responsibilities

• The coordination & planning of the sub-system software work products in the product development (main work products are Software Requirement modelling, Simulation and review, Implementation, Test, and Integration Management)
• Thorough understanding of SWE.1, SWE.2, SWE.3, SWE.4, SWE.5. SWE.6 is an added advantage.
• Hands on experience in Embedded C and Module Tests through Tessy or RTRT
• Problem identification and pragmatic solution derivation for software problems. Static analyser know how like Axivion, PCLint.
• The regular monitoring of progress in sub-system software work products & definition of countermeasures in case of progress limitations
• Preparation of sub-system work products for the participation in gate reviews and meet ASPICE requirements
• Experience in Quality Management Systems like IMS, Polarion, GitHub, SDA/MATLAB.
  
  

• Masters/bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Computer Science Engineering
• 3 to 6 years’ experience in Automotive /Software development
• Proven skills working on multi-location projects and multi-cultural matrix team
• Very good team player, ability to work with multi-disciplinary departments
• System knowledge in Engine System development is an added advantage. Knowledge on vehicle level functions, testing, emission regulation..
• Knowledge of system integration or requirement Engineering or test designs or system architectural design are added advantage.
• Knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle Process, quality management, and metrics
• Knowledge of implementing ASPICE as well as facing ASPICE assessments
• Independent and goal-oriented working method, ability to prioritize and structuring
• Analytical mind and strong communication skills. Ability to lead cross functional team and customer negotiation skills
