Job Title: Embedded Developer – IoT Industry

Location: Pune, India

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Embedded Developer with expertise in PCB design and IoT technologies to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing embedded systems for smart devices and IoT applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop embedded firmware and hardware for IoT devices.
- Work on PCB designing, schematic capture, and layout for IoT products.
- Develop and debug firmware for microcontrollers and development boards (RPi Compute modules, ARM, ESP32, etc.).
- Integrate sensors, communication modules (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LoRa, 4G, etc.), and cloud connectivity.
- Optimize system performance, power consumption, and data processing for embedded applications.
- Work with cross-functional teams to prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IoT product development.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure smooth integration of IoT solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Embedded Systems Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in embedded system development and PCB designing.
- Proficiency in PCB design software (Altium, Eagle, KiCad, OrCAD, etc.).
- Strong programming skills in C, C++, Python, Javascript for embedded development.
- Experience with RTOS, IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP, HTTP), and embedded Linux.
- Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, SoCs, and communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, etc.).
- Understanding of power management, circuit design, and signal integrity.
- Familiarity with hardware debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, etc.).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to industrial IoT (IIoT) applications* and edge computing.
- Knowledge of wireless standards (NB-IoT, LTE-M, 5G, UWB, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
