Your Role
As a Data Analyst in the Operations and Strategy team, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive business insights and operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
About You
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with at least 6 months of experience.
- Analyze and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports on marketing and business data at both overall and squad levels.
- Assist teams in using data systems effectively while ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Monitor and evaluate data systems to identify opportunities for optimization, upgrades, and the adoption of new technologies.
- Develop and implement secure, efficient procedures for data collection, handling, and analysis to maintain accuracy and integrity.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and Excel; basic knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook is a plus.
- Experience with macros, scripting, and an understanding of SQL and mathematical concepts is beneficial.
- Skilled in data visualization and capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Intellectual curiosity, strong communication skills, and expertise in Google Analytics and advanced Excel are essential.

- Strong expertise in data administration and management, including collection, analysis, and distribution.
- Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word etc.).
