About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Power BI Developer to join our team in Kochi. This is a full-time, on-site role where you’ll work closely with data and business teams to build dashboards, develop data models, and design end-to-end BI solutions tailored for the automotive ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Manage and optimize the end-to-end ETL process using T-SQL and other tools.
• Build scalable data models using best practices (Kimbell Architecture, RLS, Filter Context, etc.).
• Analyze data from ERP systems, APIs, and relational databases to support business insights.
• Leverage Power BI Service, Power Query, and Advanced DAX for enhanced functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful analytics solutions.
• Work with tools like ADF, SSAS, AAS, and explore emerging tech like Microsoft Fabric and AI in analytics.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Proficient in T-SQL, including Stored Procedures, CTEs, dynamic SQL, and data validation.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Experience with enterprise data sources including ERPs, APIs, and RDBMS.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and a curiosity for emerging AI innovations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
