Job Description
As an Officer in Export Documentation & Logistics, the candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the company's export operations. This includes coordinating with various departments and external agencies to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

Principal Accountabilities
Manage and oversee all export operations, including the preparation and submission of documentation, liaising with customs and handling agents, and ensuring compliance with export regulations.

Coordinate with various departments such as sales, production, and finance to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.

Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and ensure that all documentation meets export regulations.

Monitor and manage the performance of service providers to ensure high quality and timely service delivery.

Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining a customer-centric approach in all interactions.

Use data entry skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the company's database.

Implement and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with company and international standards.

Use MS Office tools to prepare reports and presentations, and to analyze data for decision-making purposes.

Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders, ensuring that all transactions are conducted in a professional and ethical manner.

Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in dealing with rapidly changing market conditions and business requirements.
