Job DescriptionPosition Title: Facilities Data Analyst
Location: Pune, India
Position Overview
We seek a detail-oriented Facilities Data Analyst to transform facilities management data into actionable insights. You will analyze data (from our facilities Management systems and various other sources) to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and drive operational excellence and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Extract and analyze data from Facilities Management platforms to generate insights on work orders, service requests, maintenance activities, and costs
- Create dashboards and reports across multiple dimensions (location, asset type, vendor performance, service categories, cost centers, time periods)
- Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in operations and costs
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports with key findings and recommendations
- Analyze work order lifecycle data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Evaluate vendor performance through data-driven analysis of response times, completion rates, quality, and cost effectiveness
- Develop and track KPIs for facilities management operations
- Recommend data-driven strategies for optimizing resource allocation, preventive maintenance, and service delivery
- Partner with the Operational Excellence Manager to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks
- Present findings to senior management and cross-functional teams
- Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Experience with Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) and proficiency with CAFM/CMMS platforms
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing platforms
- API integration experience for data extraction from multiple systems

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 2-4 years in data analysis, preferably in facilities management, operations, or corporate services
- Hands-on experience with facilities management systems ss
- Proven ability creating data visualizations, reports, and dashboards
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
- SQL or database querying experience (preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (advantageous)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to identify meaningful patterns in large datasets
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to present complex insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Professional demeanor for client-facing interactions
