Overview
Install new broadband connections at customer locations, including running cables and configuring network devices like routers, modems, and ONTs.
● Ensure proper setup and optimization of network settings based on customer requirements.
● Conduct site surveys to assess installation feasibility and address potential network challenges.
● Diagnose and resolve issues related to internet connectivity, signal strength, network errors, and equipment malfunctions.
● Identify and repair faulty network hardware and cabling to restore connectivity efficiently.
● Work closely with the Network Operations team to escalate and resolve complex network issues.
● Interact directly with customers to understand their concerns and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
● Educate customers on device usage, network settings, and troubleshooting basic connectivity issues.
● Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during all service visits.
● Perform routine inspections of fibre optic cables, networking equipment, and signal levels to ensure optimal service performance.
● Identify and proactively address potential network failures or disruptions.
● Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines while working on live network infrastructure.
● Maintain detailed service reports, including installation records, troubleshooting steps, and customer feedback.
● Update system logs with relevant technical findings and resolutions for future reference. ● Ensure accurate documentation of equipment inventory and replacements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
