• Build and deploy customer-specific features, automation scripts, or dashboards in record time.
• Integrate with customer ATSs, APIs, Slack, and internal tools.
• Translate messy real-world problems into clean backend code and productized solutions.
• Work directly with founders and enterprise users to solve high-priority issues.
• Prototype and test LLM-based workflows that enhance scoring, reporting, or onboarding.
• Act as the bridge between customer pain and engineering execution.

• Have 2–5 years of experience as a backend/full-stack engineer in a fast-paced environment.
• Are comfortable across backend (PythonI) and frontend (React).
• Can talk to customers and quickly grasp product and operational pain points.
• Are resourceful — you can build quick MVPs without overengineering.
• Communicate clearly — in writing, in meetings, and in messy Slack threads.
• Love working close to the problem and seeing your code create instant impact.

• Have worked in founder-facing or customer-facing roles before.
• Are familiar with LLM tools (OpenAI APIs, LangChain, embeddings, RAG).
• Want to eventually transition into Product, Solutions Engineering, or Founding Engineer track.
