The Role

You’ll be the Platform Owner — architect, builder, and co-creator of FN7’s agentic core.
This means defining the platform architecture, building the SDK & orchestrator, mentoring engineers, and shipping code weekly.

This is not a “manager” role — it’s for a hands-on architect who wants to shape something foundational from the ground up.

You’ll Drive

🧩 Architecture & Patterns — evolve multi-agent patterns, module lifecycle, and shell architecture.

⚙️ Developer Platform — build SDKs, CI/CD, emulators, and guardrails for fast, safe module development.

☁️ Data & Orchestration — event-driven backends (GCP Pub/Sub, Firestore, Cloud Run/GKE).

🔍 Search & Retrieval — hybrid search (Elasticsearch + vector) and RAG pipelines for Brand Brain & Scout.

📊 Quality & Cost — define scorecards, evaluation datasets, and keep latency sub-second where it matters.

Must-Have Experience

4+ years building production platforms/systems; 3+ years in cloud-native architecture.

Hands-on with GCP (Vertex AI, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run/GKE), Kubernetes, CI/CD.

Strong in Node.js and Python.

Elasticsearch (vector + keyword) in production.

Firestore/Firebase modeling + emulator-based development.

LLM/agentic systems in production.

Nice-to-Have

Google ADK / multi-agent orchestration experience.

Ads domain knowledge (Google Ads, PMAX, Meta) or RL-based budget tuning.

Micro-frontend shells (React/Next), BigQuery pipelines, feature flags.
