Role Overview
We’re hiring a Founding Full Stack Engineer to build Discovr AI from 0 → 1 → 10.
This is a high-ownership, high-intensity role. You’ll work directly with founders to design and build the core systems behind an AI-native platform for creator advertising. You won’t be handed specs or tickets, you’ll define problems, make decisions, and ship solutions end-to-end.

The role is backend-heavy (Golang preferred), but you’re expected to operate across the stack when needed (Next.js, TypeScript, React).

This is not for everyone. We’re looking for builders who move fast, think deeply, and take pride in owning systems from first line of code to production scale.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and build core backend systems from scratch (Golang preferred)
• Own system design decisions - scalability, reliability, and performance
• Ship end-to-end product features across backend + frontend
• Build and iterate on core workflows, integrations, and data systems
• Work directly with founders on product direction and technical strategy
• Move fast with high quality - balancing speed with strong fundamentals
• Set the bar for engineering culture, code quality, and execution

What We’re Looking For

• 2–6 years of experience, but with outsized ownership and output
• Strong backend expertise (Golang preferred; Node.js with intent to learn Go works)
• Comfortable across the stack (React, Next.js, TypeScript)
• Proven track record of building from scratch (0 → 1), not just maintaining systems
• Strong system design instincts and ability to think in first principles
• High agency: you don’t wait for direction, you create it
• Comfort with ambiguity, pace, and accountability
