• nBuild and optimize ML pipelines that score coding tasks, system design responses, and AI model output
• sOwn our LLM workflows — prompt design, evaluation, RAG, embeddings, vector DB tuning
• .Fine-tune models for answer quality, semantic similarity, ranking, and scoring consistency
• .Work with product + engineering to launch real-time interview evaluation features
• .Build feedback loops that improve models based on user behavior and reviewer insights
• .Make our AI faster, smarter, and more trustworthy — at scale
