Freelance Data Analyst (Client Hire)

Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a global leader in energy management and automation, is hiring a Freelance Data Analyst to support their Power Systems Customer Satisfaction & Quality (CS&Q) team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing and automating data reporting to help drive strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain templates, dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Excel.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data

solutions.

• Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support data-driven decision-making across departments.
• Create presentations with relevant MS office tools

Skills Required:

-Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

-Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

-Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).

-Strong knowledge of advance excel, including pivot tables ,advanced formulas Macros & VBA.

-Experience with statistical programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Strong communication and presentation abilities.
