Fresher Business Analyst + UX Writer (Hybrid Role)

About the Role
We are looking for a multi-talented fresher who can work as both Business Analyst (BA) and UX Writer. In this hybrid role, you will gather requirements, prepare process documentation, and also create full website/app content with UX writing best practices. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of multiple projects, ranging from education, IT services, SaaS platforms, finance products, and B2B marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 As a Business Analyst (BA)
Interact with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Prepare BRD, SRS, user stories, and use cases.

Create process flows, user journeys, and sitemaps.

Support designers and developers with functional documentation.

🔹 As a UX Writer
Develop full website content for all pages (home, about, services, landing pages, blog, etc.).

Write microcopy for buttons, labels, tooltips, error messages, and notifications.

Prepare page blueprints with section-wise content and flow.

Create wireframes or annotated layouts with content placement notes.

Ensure SEO-friendly, accessible, and user-friendly content.

Deliverables
Requirement Documents: BRD, SRS, User Stories

Visual Documentation: Sitemaps, Wireframes, Process Flows

Website/App Content: Full content drafts for all pages and landing pages

Microcopy: Forms, CTAs, error messages, dashboards

Designer Task Sheets: Assets, content blocks, layout notes

Developer Task Sheets: Form fields, navigation, interaction notes

SEO/Accessibility Notes: Meta tags, alt text, headings

Review Checklists: For copy, flows, and implementation

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Communication, Journalism, or related field.

Strong writing and analytical skills.

Ability to prepare clear documentation + engaging content.

Basic knowledge of wireframing tools (Figma, Miro, Lucidchart) is a plus.

Interest in UX, product development, and digital experiences.
