Job Title: Front-End Development Trainer

Location: Amritapuri, Kollam, Kerala (WFO)

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Compensation: 3 LPA – 9 LPA

Experience Required: 2+ yrs

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Front-End Development Trainer to train and mentor developers. The ideal candidate should have expertise in front-end development technologies and frameworks, a passion for teaching, and the ability to create a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth training sessions on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular.
• Provide hands-on coding exercises, projects, and assessments to enhance learning.
• Guide trainees in understanding industry best practices and modern front-end frameworks.
• Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and incorporate them into training modules.
• Evaluate and provide feedback to developers on their coding and problem-solving skills.
• Assist in developing structured curriculum, training materials, and assignments.

Skills:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and modern front-end frameworks (Angular)
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and web performance optimization.
• Experience in training, mentoring, or teaching is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct live coding sessions and troubleshooting guidance.
• Prior experience in front-end development (industry experience preferred).
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Certifications in front-end technologies (preferred but not mandatory).
