About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Front-End Developer who is passionate about crafting high-performance, scalable, and visually stunning web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in modern front-end technologies, have a strong grasp of UI/UX design principles, and be comfortable translating Figma designs into highly responsive, SEO-friendly, and fast-loading websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and SEO-friendly web applications.
• Transform Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces.
• Implement modern UI/UX design methodologies with a focus on accessibility and performance.
• Utilize the latest CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap) and component libraries to enhance development speed.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and seamless user experience across multiple devices.
• Optimize front-end performance for fast loading speeds and Google indexing (Core Web Vitals optimization).
• Work closely with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to create a seamless user experience.
• Implement modern state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable JavaScript/TypeScript code.
• Integrate APIs and work with RESTful & GraphQL services.
• Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) for improved performance and SEO.
• Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong Proficiency in:

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
• Modern JavaScript Frameworks: React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular
• CSS Frameworks: Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, SCSS/SASS
• State Management: Redux, Context API, Zustand
• UI/UX Design Integration: Ability to convert Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs into live web interfaces
• Performance Optimization: Lazy loading, code splitting, image optimization (WebP, AVIF)
• SEO Best Practices: Core Web Vitals, structured data, meta tags, Lighthouse performance improvements
• Google Indexing & Speed Optimization: Web performance tuning, caching, CDN integration
• Testing & Debugging: Unit testing with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with backend development (Node.js, Express, or Firebase)
• Experience with Headless CMS (Sanity, Strapi, Contentful)
• Understanding of Progressive Web Apps (PWA)
• Hands-on experience with WebAssembly for high-performance web applications
