This role is responsible for the day to day administration of Death, Total and Permanent Disablement, Income Protection, Terminal Illness and Permanent Incapacity including claims and underwriting, and overseeing responses to insurance related enquiries.

This role is responsible for the day to day administration of Death, Total and Permanent Disablement, Income Protection, Terminal Illness and Permanent Incapacity including claims and underwriting, and overseeing responses to insurance related enquiries.
This role will be the point of contact for all claims processing allocated to them and will need to form a strong working relationship with internal stakeholders – both with the rest of the team members as well as other Operational staff.

Experience required:
- 3 to 4 years in front end development
Responsiblities:
- Leading the centralization of localization and marketization processes across teams.
- Implementing the proper localization quality process across teams.
- Helping to define the global roadmap by region for go-to-market localization. Driving and taking ownership of the successful localization of Zooms website.
- Managing website localization for currently supported languages and plan for future additions.
- Conducting periodic quality audits, encompassing linguistic and functional quality.
- Ensuring comprehensive localization coverage across various content areas by collaborating closely with the internal and external teams.
- Managing projects and working with vendors within evolving translation technology framework, including TMS and CMS.
Required Skill:

Required Skill:
Shown success in a Sales, Operations, or Account Management capacity with a strong focus on negotiating contracts. Outstanding negotiation and objection handling skills that allow for value-based contract negotiations at the CXO level. Exceptional Customer engagement skills
