Front End Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front End to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for web development, a deep understanding of front-end technologies, and proven leadership skills.
As a Front End , you will be responsible for front-end development to create high-quality, user-friendly web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee the development and implementation of front-end features and functionalities.
● Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient development process.
● Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
● Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
● Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
● Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.
● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
● Contribute to the development of project plans, including time estimates and resource allocation.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● 3 - 5+ years of experience in front-end development.
● Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
● Proficiency in React is a must.
● Proven experience leading and managing a team of developers.
● Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards.
● Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications
: ● Experience with TypeScript.
● Knowledge of back-end technologies and how they integrate with front-end development.
● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
