About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
2. Build scalable server-side applications and APIs using Node.js and Python.
3. Integrate front-end and back-end components for smooth functionality.
4. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
5. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional interfaces.
6. Work with databases (MongoDB, SQL, or other) for data storage, retrieval, and optimization.
7. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
8. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
9. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Other Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

3. Strong proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

4. Hands-on experience with Python for backend development.

5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations.

6. Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

7. Proficiency with Git and version control tools.

8. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

9. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

10. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

11. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.

12. Knowledge of GraphQL.

13. Understanding of security best practices for web applications.
