ownpath Studios is our consulting arm that partners with startups and enterprises to craft high-impact products and enduring brands.

We believe great design sits at the intersection of creative, business, and technology expertise. That’s why we take a holistic approach across research, strategy, design, and engineering. We work on a variety of digital touchpoints including websites, web and mobile apps, and AI agents, all with a focus on seamless, user-centered experiences. Our work spans industries from healthcare and mobility to fintech, media, productivity, and AI.

Our design academy has upskilled hundreds of designers and unlocked exciting career opportunities for them. We've hosted some of the biggest names in design at our community events. We've worked with leading enterprises such as Hero Motocorp, Philips, as well as some exciting startups. But we'd like to think we're just getting started.

We're now hiring Front-End Developers who care deeply about aesthetic, performance, and user experience. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with designers, product thinkers, and back-end engineers to bring intuitive, beautiful, and responsive interfaces to life.

Responsibilities

• Interface Development: Build high-quality, maintainable front-end code using modern frameworks.
• Design Fidelity: Translate designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces with attention to detail and interaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product designers, back-end developers, and strategists to bring features from idea to implementation.
• Performance & Accessibility: Optimize for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser/device consistency.
• Component Systems: Help build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, well-documented code and follow best practices for version control, testing, and deployment.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies and bring new ideas to the table.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience building responsive, interactive front-end applications.
• A strong fundamental understanding of design principles.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React.
• Experience working with component libraries and front-end tooling.
• Solid understanding of accessibility, performance, and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), agile workflows, and code review practices.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across disciplines.
