Front End Developer

About the job:

We are looking for a frontend developer with a strong UI and UX mindset who can move comfortably between design thinking and implementation. This role requires someone who understands interfaces as systems, not just screens, and can translate user intent into clean, scalable, and intuitive digital experiences.
You will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to build modern web and mobile interfaces with a strong focus on usability, performance, and visual clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop user-friendly and responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms
2. Convert wireframes and design concepts into production-ready UI
3. Work closely with UX designers to refine flows, interactions, and layouts
4. Build reusable UI components and maintain design consistency
5. Implement frontend logic using modern JavaScript frameworks
6. Integrate frontend interfaces with backend services and APIs
7. Ensure performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-device compatibility
8. Participate in design reviews and contribute to UX improvements

What we need:

1. Code Review and Testing of UI/UX
2. Basic working knowledge of Node.js
3. Understanding of API integration and frontend backend interaction
4. Experience working on SaaS products or dashboards
5. Familiarity with mobile-first and cross-platform design thinking
6. Interest in motion design or micro interactions

A. Vibe coding & modern tooling:

1. Comfort working with modern vibe coding and AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude to accelerate UI development, refactoring, and experimentation.

2. Familiarity with MCP workflows for translating design intent directly into structured components and frontend logic.

3. Ability to use these tools thoughtfully to improve speed, clarity, and quality without compromising UX or code discipline.

B. UI & UX

1. Strong understanding of UI and UX design principles

2. Experience with user journeys, interaction design, and usability

3. Ability to identify friction points and improve user experience

Design & prototyping:

1. Hands-on experience with Figma

2. Strong wireframing skills

3. Ability to interpret design systems and visual guidelines

Frontend development:

1. Proficiency in JavaScript

2. Experience with React and Next.js

3. Exposure to React Native or Flutter for mobile interfaces

4. Understanding of component-based UI architecture

Design sensibility:

1. Strong sense of layout, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy

2. Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality

3. Attention to detail and visual consistency across screens
